All products on CozyhookPatterns.com are 100% digital. After purchase you will receive an instant download link or access through your account. There is no physical shipping involved.

PDFs & eBooks: Any free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, or your phone/computer's built-in viewer).

Images: Any standard image viewer works.

Videos: Any media player — VLC, QuickTime, or directly in your browser.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and trusted payment processors. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Yes! An order confirmation email with your receipt is sent to your email address immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes! All PDFs include a personal printing license. You may print one copy for your own use. Commercial printing or mass reproduction is not permitted.

No. All digital products are for personal use only and licensed to the individual buyer. Sharing, distributing, uploading, or reselling our files — even for free — is a violation of our copyright and terms of service.

Yes! You are welcome to sell handmade physical items you create using our patterns. However, you may not sell, share, or redistribute the digital pattern files themselves.

It depends on the license attached to each image. Some include a personal-use-only license, others a commercial license. Always check the product description page before purchasing.

Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there is a technical issue with your file, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

We sincerely apologize! Email us at support@cozyhookpatterns.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll send a replacement file as quickly as possible.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@cozyhookpatterns.com. If the file has not yet been downloaded, we may be able to issue a store credit or exchange. Once downloaded, we are unable to process refunds.

Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader from adobe.com, or drag and drop the file into a Chrome or Firefox browser window. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

Our images are high resolution (300 DPI+). Blurriness is usually caused by zooming in too far digitally. View at 100% zoom or print at the recommended size listed in the product description.

Yes! PDFs open with Adobe Acrobat or Apple Books. Images open in any photo viewer. Videos play with VLC for Mobile (free on iOS & Android).

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account is recommended so you can easily access your purchase history and re-download files anytime within the download period.
