Once downloaded or accessed, PDF files are non-refundable. Please preview the product page carefully before purchasing.
High-resolution image files (JPG/PNG) are non-refundable once downloaded. Check the license type before purchasing.
Video files (MP4) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. All video previews are available on the product page.
Bundle purchases follow the same policy. If any individual file in a bundle is defective, we will replace that specific file.
We do make exceptions in the following situations. In each case, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

Send your request to support@cozyhookpatterns.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible.
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem are very helpful.
Our team will review your case within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution — either a replacement file, store credit, or (where eligible) a refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
